Terms of sale

These terms cover the paid data products sold on football-charts.com/data. Everything else on the site is free and stays free. The site is operated by Damir Devetak, sole proprietor, Serbia ("Football Charts", "we"). Contact: contact@football-charts.com.

What you buy

A one-off download of a data edition: flat CSV and Parquet tables of historical football results and per-bookmaker opening and closing odds, with documentation, a coverage report and checksums. Editions are named by the last season they contain. The exact leagues, seasons, markets and bookmaker coverage of an edition are published on the product page before purchase and shipped inside the download.

Licence

The full archive and single-league packs are licensed to one person, or one team inside one organisation, for internal analysis, modelling, research and products whose output is not the data itself. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the files or any substantial extract of them, or provide them to third parties as a dataset or feed. Derived statistics and models are yours. Please cite "Data by football-charts.com" where results are published. Redistribution, feed and commercial licences are agreed separately in writing.

Payment and delivery

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller on your receipt and tax invoice, charges any applicable VAT or sales tax for your country, and appears on your card statement. Orders placed by email are paid by invoice. After payment you receive a download link by email, normally within a few hours and at the latest within one business day; the link works for a limited period, so download and keep the file.

Refunds

Free samples in exactly the paid layout are available before purchase, so you can check the format and coverage first. Once a download has been delivered, refunds are limited to defective files that we cannot replace. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you consent at checkout to delivery starting immediately and to that right ending once delivery has begun. Accuracy and warranty

Prices in the archive are bookmakers' publicly displayed listings compiled from odds-comparison pages and are provided as historical statistics, not as an offer to bet or as betting advice. We document coverage limits per league and season and correct errors we find, but the data is provided as is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Football Charts is not affiliated with any bookmaker or comparison site.

Privacy

We keep your email and order details to deliver the product and answer support; see the privacy notice. Card details never reach us; they are handled by Paddle.
